Support people to live well — at home and in the community — with personal care, daily living support, and companionship, with dignity and continuity at the centre.

Care Workers and Healthcare Assistants at Josben Care support people to live well and remain independent — at home, in the community, and wherever their care package takes them across England. You will work to person-centred care plans, keep clear records, and escalate concerns promptly. Continuity of carer is a core part of how we work. Josben Care uses safer recruitment: Stage A expression of interest, shortlisting, interview, then Stage B / pre-employment checks only for candidates invited forward. Right-to-work evidence, references, and any DBS process are handled after invitation — not on the initial application.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and daily living support in line with the care plan and the person's preferences
• Support medication prompts or administration only where trained and authorised for that package
• Keep accurate, timely records and communicate changes to the coordinating team
• Uphold dignity, privacy, and respect wherever care is delivered
• Work as part of a continuity-focused team and raise safeguarding or wellbeing concerns without delay
